Digital purchases: no change-of-mind refunds
All products are digital downloads. We do not offer voluntary refunds, returns or exchanges once digital supply begins, including for a change of mind, an accidental selection or deciding not to use the books. Please review the contents, age range, format and bundle inclusions before paying. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge the loss of your 14-day cancellation right once supply begins. This applies only where permitted by law and when the legal conditions for losing that right are met. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Faulty, missing or incorrectly described content
Contact us if a file is inaccessible, missing, corrupted or materially different from the product description. We will help restore access or provide a correction or replacement. Where the problem cannot be resolved, or applicable consumer law provides another remedy, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund. This policy does not impose a deadline on statutory claims or exclude remedies required by law.
Duplicate or unexpected charges
If you believe you paid twice, do not recognise a payment, contact us with the order or Stripe payment reference. Never send your full card number, bank password or security code. We will investigate the payment and refund duplicate charges where confirmed.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 14 days after we agree the refund and earlier where required by law. Your bank or payment provider controls when it appears in your account and any currency conversion. We refund the amount owed in USD; exchange-rate differences or fees charged independently by your provider may affect what you receive in your local currency.
After a refund
For a full refund, access to that order is closed and the licence ends; delete the refunded files and stop using or distributing printed copies. For a partial refund, we will explain which content or issue it covers. Keep your confirmation email as a payment record. These arrangements do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights.
Support and statutory cancellation
Email support@aiexplorerkids.com with your order number and purchase email for a content problem or a claim under your statutory rights. If a statutory cancellation right still applies, you may use this notice by email or contact form: “To Twelve Stones Enterprise / Young Moguls Books: I wish to cancel my digital-book order. Order number: [your order]. Purchase email: [your email]. Date paid: [date]. Name: [your name]. Date of notice: [date].” You can also make the same request in your own words. No physical return or return postage is needed.
